Valais won the 2016/17 Best Property Management Gold Award

The Award, organized by the Occupational Safety & Health Council, aims to encourage the property industry to implement effective safety management system, and recognize organizations with outstanding achievements in workplace safety.

Valais management team applies the occupational safety action “Pointing and Calling” and “Work Safe Behaviour Programme” in the daily operation in order to strengthen their awareness and accuracy in work and hence reduce negligence, error or misunderstanding related accidents. In addition, the team tailor-made a utility vehicle for the frontline staff when working at the extensive area of the low-rise houses so as to offer convenience and enhance safety. In the 2016-17 Best Property Safety Management Award, Valais won Gold Award.
